The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet and the rooms were kept clean and tidy. the location was central and close to many attractions. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the helpful and friendly staff who were always willing to assist with any inquiries.

The noise levels from neighboring rooms and hallways were quite high and made it difficult to sleep at times. the hotel lacked any basic amenities such as a coffee/tea station or reliable Wi-Fi for business travelers.

The hotel provided a lovely Xmas experience with cozy decorations and festive activities. the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals and friendly service. the hotel's location near popular holiday attractions made it a convenient choice for our trip.

The room lacked modern amenities such as Wi-Fi and a tea/coffee station. the bedding was not very comfortable and could use an upgrade.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and the reception area was super clean. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and we appreciated the electric blanket and heater in our room. The bar and dining area was a nice place to have a meeting. the staff were very helpful and the facilities were excellent.
